Lots of great news to report! First off, congratulations to our good friends
Games For May
on the release of their first album. Games For May lives in Denver and features members of a slew of great bands including
Insider Spider,
As Seen On TV,
Supply Boy,
Springtime Of Death,
The Eyelids,
Mannequin Makeout,
My Sister Outlaw,
Frank Lee Scarlet,
Tornado Alley, among many others.
The album is so good that we’re selling it in our store.
Lots of great shows coming up this summer, including the second As Seen On Presents concert.
On June 9th we’ll be returning to the Rendezvous
with three acts that are sure to knock your socks off. Jessica Langton (of Scene Hold and
Springtime Of Death) will be performing her first ever solo performance!
Bugs Of Lightning will be there!
Daguerreotypes will be there! Don’t miss it!

As Seen On Records is thrilled to announce that we've struck
a deal with Scene Hold!
We'll be putting out their first release in early summer, so keep an eye out. Until then be sure to catch them
live.
Also on the good news front, Tea Cozies have been getting some airplay over at
KEXP. If you still don't
have a copy of their EP, you're really missing out. Oddly enough, I know of a
place where you can buy it.

Welcome to 2007 everbody! If you missed Tea Cozies rock
in the new year at Seattle's Blue Moon, hang your head in shame! Don't feel too bad though, you'll
have many more chances soon! Also, expect big things from As Seen On Records this year. I'll keep
you posted.
If you order a copy of the Tea Cozies EP this month, I'll toss in an As Seen On Records sticker for

As Seen On Records stickers are now available in our
online store along with Tea Cozies EP. Tell the neighbors where to find that CD you're
blaring in the wee hours of the morning with a sticker! New shows also added! At this
rate I may even post something in the Rants n Raves section some day! We'll see.

Well, it's been awhile since the page has been
updated, but I'm sure you'll find it worth the wait. Low on content, high on subtle improvments
you'll almost certainly fail to notice. On the upside, the first of many As Seen On Records
Presents concerts is but two weeks away! I'm really looking forward to it, and you should be,
too. Get all the details on the Live
page, and believe it or not, you'll find a few of my thoughts on it in the
Rants n Raves section. Also,
Tea Cozies website has
officially launched.
Lots of other big news is currently in the works here at As Seen On Records. T Shirts will be available for your
ordering pleasure in the very near future, and I do mean plural. I designed one, and our brand new head of merch,
Genevieve, designed the other. We're having a contest to see whose T Shirt sells more. The winner gets a trip for
two on an Alaskan Cruise (this is only mostly a lie!). Far more importantly As Seen On Records will be doing
what it does best and bringing you new music! No details for now, but stay tuned.

release, Tea Cozies EP, and things are moving right along schedule, sorta. The As Seen On
Records Store will be open by the 10th for those who can't make it to the Release Party.

Things are really beginning at the world's most independent record label.

myspace
page, which will likely receive an overhaul soon, is collecting souls
at a respectable pace. Everything is falling into place for the release of ASO 001,
Tea Cozies EP. It will be coming October 10. We're busy negotiating a CD release
party even as you read this. We'll keep you posted.
